Refund policy

RETURNS

At Just South of Heaven, we offer a refund/exchange on all products that are unworn, unopened, and unused in their original packaging.  We do not charge a restocking fee on most items, but the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item. 

Customer service is our number one priority and we will do all that we can to help resolve any issues with our wares.

To initiate a return, email justsouthofheavenco@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will not be refunded for shipping. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
